Background & Motivation

This project was created to simulate a modern digital restaurant menu that users can access easily through a browser.

Traditional menus are often static or hard to navigate. With this project, I wanted to build a more interactive and visually engaging menu that reflects how many restaurants present their menus online today.

Through this project, I also practiced :

• Designing structured menu layouts
• Displaying food items in an organized way
• Improving UI design for content-heavy pages

How It Works (Technical Implementation)

When users open the website, they first see a hero section that introduces the restaurant and invites them to explore the menu.

After that, users can navigate to the Menu section, where dishes are grouped into different categories such as appetizers, main courses, and drinks.

Each item in the menu displays important information including :

• Food name
• Price
• Image
• “Order Now” button

The layout is designed so users can easily scroll through the menu and quickly find dishes they are interested in.

Challenges & What I Learned

One of the main challenges in this project was organizing the menu categories in a way that feels clear and easy to browse.

Another challenge was balancing visual elements and readability, especially when displaying food images together with pricing and information.

I also needed to ensure :

• Navigation between sections is intuitive
